SERVICE FOR INDUSTRIAL TYRES

In Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide, we operate the most extensive and efficient mobile pressing fleet to fully service tyres and wheels for the Material Handling (Forklift) Industry. Our tyre technicians strive to achieve efficiency and professionalism in our service. Our service expertise is one of our greatest assets in supporting our clients across Australia.

SERVICE FOR CONSTRUCTION, EARTHMOVING & HEAVY FORKLIFT

In January 2008 we commenced servicing capability for large tyres with the addition of tyre manipulator equipped servicing trucks in Sydney and Perth. This program will be expanded to cover the other major cities of Australia through the course of 2008.

Now our clients who operate Heavy Forklifts, Reach Stackers, Straddle Carriers, Loaders, Articulated Dump Trucks, Rigid Dump Trucks, Scrapers or other Earthmoving equipment can invest in Bearcat’s renowned service.

WARRANTY

Solideal Australia Lifetime Tyre Guarantee

Every new tyre and/or wheel manufactured and/or distributed by Bearcat Tyres Pty. Limited (Bearcat) is guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and material.

If a tyre is defective upon our examination, we will either repair the tyre or make an allowance against the original purchase price toward the purchase of a new tyre, relative to the unused portion of the tread on the defective tyre.

If a wheel is defective upon our examination, Bearcat warrants that we will free of charge either repair or replace or at its option refund the purchase price of defective wheels where the defect appears under proper use within 12 months (the “Warranty Period”) from the date of supply. Further details can be requested.

Excluded from the warranty will be additional charges for service, mounting and transportation which will be the responsibility of the person making the claim under the warranty. This warranty will not apply if the tyre (or wheel) has been installed, altered, repaired or misused in any matter whatsoever, which, in our opinion, has affected the performance.

This warranty is the only warranty applicable to Bearcat’s products and there are no conditions, representations, guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, other than expressed herein.

Bearcat is not liable for any damages or claims caused by the tyre (or wheel) whether arising in tort or contract by statute or otherwise, whether such damages are direct, indirect, special, consequential or otherwise. All liability is limited strictly to repairing or crediting the amount in accordance with the above mentioned provision in the warranty.

This warranty is exclusive for the benefit of the owner using the tyre and is not assignable.
